I'm guessing you're here for one of three reasons

You've tried doing SEO yourself and aren't seeing results...

Or you've worked with an agency and the reporting looks impressive but the phone still isn't ringing...

Or maybe you're just starting out and trying to figure out if SEO even makes sense for your business.

We've been doing SEO in Sydney for over 14 years, with over 30 years combined experience working mainly with small to medium businesses who need to compete online but don't have enterprise-level budgets.

The honest truth about SEO is that it works, but it takes time and it has to be done properly. There's no shortcut, no trick, no hack. But if you're willing to invest in it properly, it's one of the most reliable ways to grow your business.

What We Do

Technical SEO: Your website needs to work properly before anything else matters. Site speed, mobile functionality, making sure Google can actually crawl your pages - this is the foundation everything else is built on.

Content and keywords: Working out what your customers are actually searching for, then making sure your website shows up for those searches. This means proper keyword research and optimising your pages - not just stuffing keywords in and hoping for the best.

Link building: This is usually where things fall apart for businesses doing their own SEO. Building links that actually help your rankings takes time and genuine outreach. It's not something you can automate or buy cheaply without risking penalties.

Strategy and reporting: Monthly check-ins on what's working, what isn't, and what we're doing next. We track rankings and traffic, but more importantly, We track whether you're actually getting enquiries.

SEO Consultant vs Agency: What’s the Difference?

When you work with an agency, you're usually dealing with an account manager who then briefs the person actually doing your SEO. That can work fine, but it adds a layer between you and the work.

With a consultant, you work directly with the person doing everything. Questions get answered immediately. Strategy can change quickly when it needs to. And because there's less overhead, you typically get better value.

The tradeoff is capacity - We work with fewer clients than an agency would, which means we're selective about who we take on. But it also means each client gets proper attention rather than being one account among fifty.

How does it work? Simple.

Initial audit: We look at your website, your competitors, and what people in your industry are searching for. Takes about a week. You get a detailed report on what's working, what isn't, and what the opportunities are.

Strategy: Based on the audit, we put together a plan. This includes what we focus on first (usually quick wins), what the longer-term strategy looks like, and realistic timeframes.

Implementation: We start working - fixing technical issues, optimising content, building links, whatever the strategy requires. You get regular updates on progress. We're not going beat around the bush and pretend we don't use AI to speed this process up... why on earth wouldn't we? It helps us move faster, implement quicker, and get you to results sooner.

Ongoing: SEO isn't a one-off project. We monitor rankings, adjust strategy based on what's working, and keep building on what we've achieved. Monthly reporting so you know exactly what's happening.

Industries We Work With

We mainly work with service businesses and e-commerce stores across Sydney - everything from tradies to professional services to online retailers.

The approach differs depending on your industry. A plumber in Penrith needs different SEO than a lawyer in the CBD or an online store shipping nationally. But the fundamentals are the same: understand what people are searching for, make sure your site can be found, and build authority over time.

Whether you're in Parramatta, the Inner West, North Shore, or anywhere across Sydney, the process is the same. Some clients I meet face-to-face, others we work remotely. Whatever makes sense.

That said, we're selective about who we work with.

If you're just starting out and SEO is going to be your only source of customers, we're probably not the right fit. SEO takes 6-12 months to get real traction. If you need customers next month to keep the lights on, you need Google Ads or another channel that works faster.

We're looking for businesses that already have some revenue, understand that SEO is a medium to long-term investment, and are willing to commit to it properly. The clients we work best with are the ones who see this as building an asset for their business, not a quick fix.

If that sounds like you, and you're ready to invest in something that'll keep bringing in customers for years, then we should talk.
